Like "Guardrails" surf break that is easy and a great place to start, our guardrails jerky is very similar with a south of the border flair this jerky has a little bit of heat a tiny bit of sweet but a ton of flavor with use of vine ripened tomatoes, lime juice, brown sugar and cumin & cayenne.
